Alkistis was born in Greece, Thessaloniki. She started playing the violin at the age of 6. In January 2018 she graduated from the University of Macedonia where she specialised in European/ Classical Music Performance as well as Pedagogy.

A little preview of what is coming tonight by one of our special young artists Deedeh Rouhani (Age 10) performing Brahms Ballad Op.118 no.3

Deedeh has been playing the piano since the age of 4 and has since gone from wining many competition, gaining her grade 8 and attending Royal College of Music Junior school under the tutelage of the one and only @norma_fisher_piano

Deedeh has been playing the piano since the age of 4 and has since gone from wining many competition, gaining her grade 8 and attending Royal College of Music Junior school under the tutelage of the one and only @norma_fisher_piano

Last night Mill Hill library experienced the electrifying fusion of gypsy soul and swinging jazz group, Bezique.
We were swept away by a whirlwind of virtuosic guitar, cello and violin performances, driving rhythms, and soulful Melodies.
This unique concert blended the raw energy of gypsy jazz with the smooth sophistication of traditional jazz, creating a sound that was both familiar, charming and utterly captivating.

We hope to have Bezique back.
