Deedeh Rouhani

Pianist

Deedeh was born in 2014 into a family of musicians. She started learning the piano with her father when she was 4.
She achieved her Grade 5 with Distinction when she was 6 and reached grade 8 when she was 8 years old.
Deedeh has participated in many festivals and competitions from around the world and won many prizes Including the 2nd prize at the prestigious London International Chopin Competition where judges such as Dimitri Alexeev and Vanessa Latarche praised her performance.
At the age of 8 she was the youngest pianist to be awarded a scholarship to study at the Royal College of music Junior Department under the tutelage of Norma Fisher.
Deedeh has also had lessons in many masterclasses with distinguished teachers such as Joanna McGregor, Piers Lane, Norkio Ogawa and Charles Owen.
She also enjoys playing the violin.
